Rules & Guidelines

Insurance/CIPP: All players must be currently CIPP registered
with USA Rugby. Waivers of Liability and Code of Conduct will
be sent out to every registered team in the tournament packet.
All players must sign to acknowledge they will abide by these
documents. These will be turned in at the Captains' meeting.

Touch Judges: Each team will be responsible for supplying a knowledgeable touch judge for their matches.

Rosters & Substitutions: There is no roster limit for the tournament. IRB regulations apply to substitutions for each match unless both teams have agreed upon "unlimited" substitutions and discussed with the referee prior to the match. Sharing players between rosters is limited to one "out & back" per player for the entire tournament, i.e. play for "home" - play for "other" - play for "home" is acceptable but player cannot play for "other" again. If play for "other" for more than one match, player has now forfeited ability to return to "home" team.
